Our audience research focused on Crafted Liberation’s impact. Our goal was to understand the emotional drivers behind support for this project. We identified two key personas:

  1. The Drivers: Primarily Iranian women living outside Iran, deeply connected to the Women, Life, Freedom movement.

These insights informed every aspect of our brand strategy, guiding the website and content creation to engage these audiences emotionally and effectively.

Sun Health Clinic: Designing a Digital Brand & Content System That Drives Bookings

About

Sun Health Clinic is a doctor-led practice redefining integrative medicine in Sydney. Founded by Dr Veronica Sun and Dr Andrew Sun, the clinic combines Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western medical and aesthetic treatments to create a holistic model for health, beauty and longevity.

As the clinic evolved, so did its digital needs.

Sun Health required a brand identity and website experience capable of communicating both clinical credibility and approachable luxury, bridging two worlds that rarely meet.

Our role was to translate this unique model into a cohesive digital brand experience that builds trust, simplifies decision-making and inspires patients to take the first step toward holistic wellbeing.

Brand Identity & Creative Direction

We refined Sun Health’s visual identity to balance medical professionalism with holistic warmth. The brand needed to navigate three tensions:

  • Medical, but warm
  • Holistic, but evidence-based
  • Premium, but approachable

We anchored the identity around doctor-led integrative care, establishing credibility first while maintaining approachability and calm.

The visual system for Sun Health is anchored by a palette that blends signature purple tones with warm neutrals, intentionally designed to evoke a sense of natural wellness and quiet confidence. This color strategy is supported by a thoughtful typographic pairing: a modern sans-serif provides clarity and accessibility, while a refined serif accent introduces a layer of warmth and gravitas. Together, these elements establish a professional yet inviting foundation for the brand’s identity.

To reinforce this identity, the photography direction prioritises authenticity through real clinic environments, natural lighting and genuine portraiture of treatments. The brand emphasizes the real people behind the practice. This focus on "human-centric" imagery serves to build immediate trust with the audience, distancing Sun Health from superficial trends and leaning into professional reliability.

Copywriting & Messaging

Sun Health’s voice was reshaped around one defining idea: “You deserve safe, doctor-led, personalised health that lasts.”

We developed a messaging framework that weaves together science and holistic care, translating complex treatments into clear, benefit-led communication.

Every line of copy was written to ensure patients feel: informed, reassured and empowered to make decisions.

Website UX & Design System

The website was completely reimagined with clarity and conversion at its core. We designed a modular interface that helps visitors understand Sun Health’s integrative approach while guiding them naturally toward booking.

Key UX improvements:

  • Simplified navigation structure
  • Repeated CTAs placed naturally within reading flow
  • Mobile-first layout optimised for performance
  • Visual illustrations to introduce warmth and personality
  • Structured service explanations to reduce confusion

Webflow Development & Performance

The website was built in Webflow, allowing flexibility, scalability and full CMS control.

Performance optimisation was also a priority. Tracking infrastructure including GTM, Meta Pixel and GA4 was integrated to support accurate conversion tracking and future marketing optimisation.

Content Marketing & Creative Production System

Beyond the website, we developed a scalable content ecosystem to support ongoing brand growth.

Working closely with Dr Andrew Sun and Angela, we created educational video content and messaging scripts designed to communicate medical insights in an accessible and engaging way.

These videos became the foundation for: Instagram content, paid social ads, educational reels, website content and blog articles.
