Sun Health Clinic: Building a High-Performance Marketing Pipeline

Flyover Rebrand & Website Redesign: Booking Doubled Post-Rebrand

Flyover began as a cult-favourite CBD takeaway before transitioning into a vegetarian restaurant in Redfern. This shift demanded a clearer brand position that could honour Flyover’s roots while supporting a more ambitious phase of growth.

We led customer research, brand refresh and website redesign to bring Flyover’s purpose, personality and offering into sharper focus. The new website helped customers clearly understand what Flyover stood for, contributing to a 100% increase in booking post-launch and sustained momentum as it grows.

ReCo Refill: Building a Purpose-Led Brand From Zero to Community Movement

ReCo Refill was Sydney’s first plastic-free refill delivery service, launched as a live experiment to test whether circular economy model could work at a community level. Within months, the service gained strong local traction, driven by trust, word-of-mouth and a simple, human-centred experience.

By funding and building the model ourselves, we gained first-hand insight into how sustainable behaviours are adopted in real life. The experiment validated that with the right strategy, messaging and funding, innovation can achieve rapid community uptake.

Ipoh: Customer Research & Marketing Partnership

Ipoh partnered with ReCo to explore and develop a new reusable lunchbox initiative, designed to reduce plastic waste while unlocking new B2C and B2B opportunities.

As Ipoh’s long-term research and marketing partner, we conducted deep customer and market research, mapped personas and end-to-end journeys, and designed a pilot strategy to test the concept in real conditions.
